Legal Terms and Conditions of the HENOR Weekly Giveaway
These terms and conditions govern participation in the HENOR Weekly Giveaway, a promotion organised by HENOR in which participants may win a 925 sterling silver piece of jewellery.
Participation in the giveaway is free and does not involve subscribing to marketing communications.
Participating in the HENOR Weekly Giveaway
1. Organiser
The HENOR Weekly Giveaway is organised by HENOR MOBILIARIO S.L., hereinafter, HENOR.
2. Eligibility
The following persons may participate: persons over 18 years of age residing in countries of the European Union to which HENOR ships.
3. Prize
Each giveaway will offer as a prize one 925 sterling silver piece of jewellery selected by HENOR.
4. How to obtain entries
Entries may be obtained in the following ways:
- Free participation on the website: 1 entry via the HENOR Weekly Giveaway form.
- Order placed in HENOR's online store: 3 entries for each valid order. To participate, the order must include a valid email address that makes it possible to identify and contact the participant. Orders without an email address will not be entered into the giveaway.
- Purchase of a HENOR product on a marketplace: 3 entries, stating the marketplace and the corresponding order number.
HENOR may verify the validity of orders and exclude entries relating to non-existent or cancelled orders, false information, manipulation or any fraudulent use of the promotion.
5. Weekly giveaway
The giveaway will take place every Tuesday between 10:00 and 12:00, Spanish peninsular time.
Each giveaway will include all valid entries received up to the exact time when HENOR carries out the winner-selection process.
Entries received after that process has been carried out will automatically be moved to the following weekly giveaway.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries included in the giveaway.
6. Notification of the winner
HENOR will contact the winner via the email address associated with their entry.
The winner will have a maximum period of 72 hours from the sending of the notification email to reply and provide the details necessary to ship the prize.
If, after that period has elapsed, HENOR has not received a reply containing the details necessary to arrange shipment, the prize will be considered unclaimed.
7. Unclaimed prizes
Unclaimed prizes will be carried over to the following week's giveaway.
One additional winner will be selected for each outstanding prize. Therefore, if there is one carried-over prize, there will be two winners; if there are two carried-over prizes, there will be three winners, and so on until all carried-over prizes have been awarded.
8. Prize shipment
HENOR will bear the standard shipping costs for the prize within the countries included in the promotion.
9. Publication of the winner
HENOR will publish the winner of each giveaway on its website using only the nickname provided by the participant and the giveaway date.
The winner's email address, postal address or any other personal data will not be published.
10. Data protection
Data used specifically to participate in the HENOR Weekly Giveaway will be processed solely to manage participation, conduct the giveaway, select and contact the winner and, where applicable, arrange delivery of the prize.
Data provided for the giveaway will not be used for advertising, newsletters, marketing communications or profiling.
Participation in the giveaway does not constitute subscription to any HENOR marketing communication.
Specific participant data used to manage the giveaway will be retained only for the time necessary for that purpose and will be deleted when it is no longer necessary, without prejudice to data that must be retained for the periods required by law.
In the case of the winner, the data necessary to ship the prize will be used exclusively to arrange delivery of the prize and comply, where applicable, with the relevant legal obligations.
The public winner history will retain only the nickname provided and the giveaway date.
Where an entry arises from a purchase made directly from HENOR, the order data may be retained for the periods legally required as a result of the commercial relationship itself, independently of participation in the giveaway.
Participants may exercise the rights granted to them under data-protection legislation through the contact channels of HENOR MOBILIARIO S.L. published at henoronline.es.
11. Incidents and fraudulent entries
HENOR may exclude fraudulent or manipulated entries, entries made using false information or entries that breach these terms and conditions.
HENOR may exceptionally modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where justified circumstances prevent it from being properly conducted, seeking not to prejudice the participants' rights.
12. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Participation in the HENOR Weekly Giveaway implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
